WHEN DID YOU FIRST START PLAYING YOUR INSTRUMENT?  WHAT AGE?

I started singing and performing at the age of 2.  I always loved performing for people as early as I can remember. My mom took me to a singing competition at 7, and told me if I won, she would get me singing lessons.  Well, I won, and I have had singing lessons ever since.  I studied Opera and Musical Theatre, took Theory and Piano lessons. I did Theatre and Acted professionally and then later on, I started writing my own music and grew a profound love for writing and performing.

FAVORITE TRACK OFF THE NEO GEO RECORD?  WHY?

My favorite track off the record would be THS.  This song I love because it encompasses a variety of beautiful sounds and passion.  This song was hard for me to write about because it deals with an issue, I’ve had since I was a little girl.  Never having a father and never being a priority to him, hurt at a very young age.  And I felt compelled to write about it.

WHAT IS THE FUNNIEST TOUR STORY TO DATE?

Watching the drama unfold in the bar in Denver before Fletcher Dragge got Tazzed on Warped ‘10. I love Fletcher, he never disappoints.

IF YOU WEREN’T A MUSICIAN, WHAT CAREER WOULD YOU HAVE?

I would never not, be a musician.

WHAT BANDS DEFINED YOU GROWING UP?

I loved NIN, IAMX, Tupac, Pennywise,Frank Sinatra, Mariah Carey, Deftones, Chopin, Debussy, Etta James, Chet Baker, Renee Flemming, REM, Garbage, No Doubt, Maryiln Manson, Tori Amos, Biggie Smalls, Massive Attack, Maria Callas, Smashing Pumpkins, Portishead, Billie Holiday, A Perfect Circle, NOFX, Supreme beings of Leisure, Lil’ Wayne, John Coltrane, Fiona Apple, Bush, and Bjork.

WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE THING ABOUT THE MUSIC INDUSTRY?

I’ll rephrase that question.  My favorite thing about music… is the freedom and passion.
